Pricing for other types of repair depend on the device model, part availability, and the type of damage. Send us the model and a photo for a quote.

Do you supply the replacement parts?

No, as part of our quote we will provide you with an Amazon link to the replacement parts you will need to order and provide along with your device.

Can you install a screen or battery I ordered online?

Yes. As long as the part is compatible with your device, we can install it for you.

Will my data be erased during the repair?

Screen and battery installation usually does not require erasing your data, but we always recommend backing up your device before any repair.

Can you backup my data for me?

We can provide you with a backup of your data for a $10 service fee + the cost of the storage medium used (waived if you provide your own).

USB flash drives and SD cards are the most common storage medium options, the price of the drive or card you need varies depending on the volume of data to be backed up.

Do I need to remove my password or passcode?

No, but if we're unable to unlock your device we will not be able to fully test it after installing the new screen, so we recommend either removing or providing us with your password.

How long does installation take?

Timing depends on the device and repair complexity. Most repairs can be completed the same day.

What if my device has other damage?

If there is damage beyond the screen, such as frame damage, water damage, battery swelling, or board issues, the repair may not be possible or may require extra work.
